Personal Property:

This includes appraisal of estates, antiques, collectibles, vehicles, furniture, art, and practically anything a person can own. If something is out of our expertise, we will consult with or refer to an expert in our professional network.

Our personal property appraisal client portfolio includes attorneys (estate, divorce, tax, bankruptcy, and many more), trustees, banks and credit unions, insurance companies, professional dealers and collectors, accountants and financial advisers, donors, and a wide range of private individuals.

(Please note that an appraisal is not the same thing as an auction estimate. As auctioneers, we may give auction estimates to provide guidance for clients or potential buyers. An appraisal, on the other hand, is an independent opinion of value that is determined through research. An appraisal is presented in a formal report that can be recognized by courts and attorneys, the government, banks and lenders, insurance companies, the IRS, and other institutions.)
