The down payment may be made in the form of cashier’s check, personal check, or corporate check. Purchase is not conditional upon financing, so buyers must be sure to have arranged financing and are capable of paying cash at closing.

 

-ACCEPTANCE OF BID PRICES: Final bid price is subject to the Seller’s acceptance.

 

-PURCHASE AGREEMENT: Buyer shall be required to enter into a purchase agreement at the auction site immediately following close of the auction.

 

-FEMA FLOOD HAZARD AREA DISCLOSURE: The property is mapped as SFHA Zone AE. Please research and understand your flood insurance costs before bidding: www.fema.gov/national-flood-insurance-program
