Important Information
Terms: This is a sealed bid auction. Bids will be opened at 12:00 Noon Monday, March 31, 2008. Bids in writing need to be mailed to: AAA Auction Service, 2110 McConnell Drive, New Haven, IN 46774
CERTIFIED funds of 10% must accompany each bid and be made out to AAA Auction Service. If you are a successful bidder, your check will be deposited into our escrow account within 24 hours of your notification. The balance will need to be deposited with AAA Auction Service on or before Wednesday, April 9, 2008.
REMOVAL:The seller will remove the boilers on or near May 1, 2008 and the buyer needs to have trailers ready on scheduled day. If the buyer does not have trailers accessible on removal day, then the buyer will be responsible for equipment to load off the ground.
OPTIONS: You have the option to bid on one or the other boiler, or a combination of both boilers. You are bidding on boiler, burner, controls, and Stailness Steel stack to the ceiling. Boilers and all related components are being sold “As Is.” No warranties expressed or implied. These boilers are in operating and working condition and you are encouraged to inspect prior to bidding.
